SB Pro

The SB Pro is a double-walled steel document cabinet for offices and archives that need to keep large volumes of files locked away. Five models hold 300 to 930 litres, or 21 to 70 lever-arch binders, including two double-door models.

Built for volume, not certification

The body is made of non-combustible materials to DIN 4102, but the SB Pro is neither fire-tested nor certified to an EN 1143-1 burglary grade. Where an insurer or an archive policy asks for a certified rating, a graded safe or a fire-tested document safe is the better choice. What the SB Pro offers instead is volume, order and a door that locks on four sides. What you can insure inside depends on your policy and your market, so confirm the sum with your insurer.

Choosing your SB Pro

Sizes run from 1,200 to 1,900 mm high and 700 to 1,280 mm wide on a constant 550 mm depth, so a larger cabinet grows across the wall rather than into the room. The SB Pro 80 and 90 have two doors, worth checking against the swing space in front of them. The SB Pro 40 has two movable shelves and the larger models four, with drawers, inner safes and extra shelves available separately. Choose a key lock with two keys, a single-user electronic code lock or a 90-user electronic lock with emergency key, in Light Grey RAL 7035. Every cabinet can be bolted to the floor and the rear wall.
